We will not hassle you with pushy sales techniques. Once you have chosen the specification of your bathroom you will be provided with an honest quotation, which will not include any commission payments due to salespeople/canvassers, as we do not employ such personnel.
Once you have decided to let us handle the installation of your new bathroom, the Designer and Director, Robert Alcorn and the General Manager, Daniel Bowen will monitor the installation at all stages. It is their aim to leave every customer satisfied with every aspect of their new bathroom.
All work will be carried out by our own team of skilled fitters, not sub-contractors. We are so confident of the standard of our team that we will guarantee the labour as well as looking after all manufacturers guarantees. |
